Memorial Weekend

When we moved into our house almost 4 years ago, we obviously knew no one,  but in hopes that we picked the right neighborhood where we would have friends, and our kids would meet friends and have lots of fun play dates. Growing up I lived in a neighborhood right next to my grandparents, in a cute little cul-de-sac and everyone in there were my best friends. We had block parties, sleep overs, played everyday and even had the best birthday parties! I always knew I wanted this for my kids one day.

Well in 4 years we have met and gained great friendships with some pretty awesome families, and they have become a huge part of our life and people we really enjoy being around. We have mommy nights, block parties, Friday night cocktail walks, and many more to come! So this Memorial we hosted a little get together with everyone and it was so much fun! We did Mexican (of course requested by my husband) enjoyed the company and sat by the first till almost midnight, talking about life, kids, and lots of fun things we want to do!
