Happy New Year

12/30/13

So long 2013...and hello 2014!

This year has been a very hard challenging year for our family, but if I look back on all the things our family has been through it really makes me proud and amazed at what God has truly blessed us with. It has taught me so much. Life is a journey and what happens next we don't know, but if we just love, laugh and not worry about the small things, god will provide. I fill up with emotions when I look back at all the memories that were made and things we have learned as a family in 2013. I look forward to an amazing 2014!

Things I have learned in 2013

* Family is all you have, so always stay close

* Joy, Love and Peace is what we should think about everyday

* God is good and if you call on him he will listen and help you through anything

* God gave me a gift and that is my amazing son Dylan

* Take time for yourself

* Don't worry about the small things because they will not matter in the bigger picture

* Friendship is the key to my heart

* Loving my husband is the most amazing thing I could ever do! I love him more and more everyday

* Being a mom is the most amazing thing and I strive everyday to be better

I hope everyone had an amazing 2013 and I wish you nothing but love, happiness and health in 2014.

Little things matter. I could say it over and over, but it’s true. The older I get the more I realize just how valuable moments are that are sprinkled in our days. Practice gratitude. Celebrate the moments that might just get overlooked in life – the simple things – and be thankful that you had a breath in the midst of a busy life. Happy New Year and to 2014 being an amazing year of Love, Health and Happiness!!! To our family and friends we love you and our so thankful for you in our lives!

Christmas In Photos

I can honestly say I am so not ready for Christmas to be over. I am really sad to be taking my Christmas stuff down this next weekend. If I had it my way, I would have Christmas all year round.
There is just something about Christmas that makes my world go round!

This year was so much fun as Dylan was a little bit older and could play with the wrapping paper and open presents. I cannot wait to start many Christmas traditions of our own this next year. Hope you all had an amazing Christmas!

Doctor's appointment for Dylan. We found out Dylan will only have to see the doctor once a year now. His heart is all fixed!!

He only watched this movie 5 times a day for 30 days straight! It was the cutest thing ever!
