Birthday Party For A Birthday Girl
11/30/16 •
This year we decided to do a small birthday party for Haylee with family and some of our neighbors and friends, and honestly I was so not prepped with trying to plan anything! November is a crazy month with birthdays, our Anniversary, and of course the holidays. It was a perfect day and this year we got her a bounce house and she was so happy! Can't believe our sweet girl is two already. It was a special day and so thankful for our family and friends that celebrated with us!

Well....just like that and our baby girl is Two! Her sweet heart, her crazy curly hair, her silly laugh and most of all her pure sweetness has brought so much joy to this family! Haylee is full of life, and wild as ever. She is talking up a storm and sometimes I think she is older then Two with her maturity, but I am not even going to go there because I want to keep her a baby as long as I can. She loves her brother more then anything and their bond is so special and makes my heart full. God blessed us with her gentle heart and I have no doubt in my mind she will go far, and be Dylan's greatest protector.
She loves to play at the park, watch her ipad, play with her friends, go on walks, play with chalk and play dough, eats every second of the day and most of all is full of life. Haylee now sleeps with 3 stuffed animals, her two dogs, her turtle and her two blankets. She is a daddy's girl, but loves her mommy to play with her. She has 3 molars in and just waiting for that fourth one to pop. It's been a rough three months of teething, but will be glad when it is over. She loves to dance and "two step" as daddy will call it and sings with brother on the way to school.....
Happy Birthday Sweet Baby Girl! We love you so much and thank God everyday for your loving kisses and hugs.

Challenger Baseball Classic 2016 at Anaheim Stadium
This past weekend Dylan's challengers baseball team the SC Tritons were invited to an amazing event at the Anaheim Angel Stadium. This was an event for all the amazing kids/adults with special needs to get onto the field and play a game against another city around us. Since this was our first year doing this, I really was not sure what to expect, but it was truly one of the most memorable days I will always remember. When we got there we checked in and got a team picture, after pictures each team was introduced and escorted down to the field where they were set up in each end of the field to play there game. They got to meet a few former Angel players who played with them and signed a few hats during the game. After the game they had an award ceremony where each kid got an award, and sent back out front where they got to trick or treat at some fun vendor booths.....
During the game each player had a buddy to help them through the game. My heart was exploding through the whole game watching Greg and my nephew Caleb help Dylan run his bases and hit his ball! To be apart of a community who gives back so much to help our sweet kids get to enjoy these moments and dreams come true is more then I could have ever asked. We cannot wait to do it again next year! I am so excited for our new season starting in the spring and can't wait to cheer our Tritons on!

Spooky Spiders, Scary Monstors and some Halloween Moments
Growing up holidays were always my favorite time of the year, from as little as I can remember. And to this day nothing has changed. But since having kids it has become so much more! I think of every thing possible to make it the happiest time of the year, bringing a little sparkle to there eyes and at a young age that in hopes when they grow up they will remember all of these memories that we created as a family.....
To kick off our Halloween we took the kids to a few different pumpkin patches this year to enjoy some carnival rides, pumpkin picking and lots of games. Then we had a school party in Dylan's class and it was so cute. Every year they decorate his school and turn the gym into different themes where they can go in and trick-or treat and join in some fun games, and of course Haylee got to tag along. Every year I feel like they enjoy it more and more as there little minds start to grow and learn what is around them. I made some chocolate cupcakes to bring to his class and everyone loved them! Halloween night I invited some neighbors over as well as some family for a home cooked chili meal with some corn bread and then headed out for our neighborhood trick or treating. Dylan just wanted to walk anywhere and everywhere, and Haylee wanted second and thirds of every candy bucket. We had to empty it out twice just so she could carry her little pumpkin candy bowl. They both had the best time, and as I did when I was little we came home dumped all the candy out in the middle of the floor to see what we got.... Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!
